Terms, cancellations and privacy

Below is a plain-English summary of the three documents that govern buying from Paints & Drinks. It is here so you know what you are agreeing to — but the binding texts are the Spanish ones, and in case of any discrepancy the Spanish version prevails.

Who you are buying from

  • Tickets and gift cards are sold by Grupo Vaca e Inversiones, S.A. (“Paints & Drinks”), a company registered in Panama, acting as the organiser of each event.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before the event and you may reschedule for another Paints & Drinks event — once.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are not refunded.
  • If something outside your control prevents you from attending, write to us: a full refund or a reschedule is at Paints & Drinks' discretion.
  • If Paints & Drinks cancels an event — force majeure or not enough attendees — you get 100 % of your money back.

Your ticket

  • A ticket is valid once the payment has been processed successfully.
  • You redeem it at the venue with your purchase code, or with your ID or passport.
  • If the date of an event changes, your ticket is valid for the new date set by the organiser.
  • Tickets may not be resold or used commercially without written permission.

Gift cards

  • A gift card is valid for 11 months from the date of payment.
  • It is redeemed for events on the calendar, subject to availability, by giving us the code that came with the purchase.
  • Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.

Your personal data

  • Paints & Drinks collects your name, phone number, email and address, under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection.
  • It is used to fulfil your purchase, to send you information about our events and services, to comply with the law and to improve your experience.
  • You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to and port your data. Write to us and we will act on it.
